ROUGE NOIR was set up by two Freelance Make-Up Artists, Julie and Sarah,  who between them have over 15 years experience in the make up industry.

During this time they realised there was a lack of truly good, highly experienced Make-Up Advisors. Together they have created Rouge Noir, a Make-Up Artist Agency based in the South East of England, which offers a range of professional make up services.

 

If Julie or Sarah are unable to fulfil your request, they have put together a team of experts who will come direct to you.

 

All of our Make-Up Artists are fully trained freelance professionals, with at least two years experience. Past work includes BAFTA'S, London Fashion Week, Concerts, Music Videos, Film, Theatre, Opera, Editorial Shoots and Weddings.

 

We use a wide range of professional products which can include: MAC, Laura Mercier, Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown and Dermalogica, which our Make-Up Artists will bring to you with a huge range of colours to choose from.

 

Make-Up Artists are also available for Photo Shoots, Fashion Shows, etc.
