ROUGE NOIR was set up by two Freelance Make-up Artists, Julie and Sarah,  who between them have over 20 years experience in the Make-up industry.

During this time, they realised there was a lack of truly good, highly experienced Make-up Artists. Together they created Rouge Noir, a Make-up Artist Agency based in the South-East of England, which offers a range of professional Make-up services.

If Julie or Sarah are unable to fulfil your request, they have put together a team of experts who will come direct to you.

All of our Make-up Artists are fully trained freelance professionals, with at least two years experience. Past work includes BAFTA's, London Fashion Week, concerts, music videos, films such as 'Alice in Wonderland' and 'Clash of the Titans', theatre, opera, editorial shoots and weddings.

We use a wide range of professional products which can include: MAC, Laura Mercier, Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown and Dermalogica, which our Make-up Artists will bring to you with a huge range of colours to choose from.

Make-up Artists are also available for Photo Shoots, Fashion Shows, etc.
